2000 Z71 Hidden Winch Mount Help?

First post. I have searched the forum and couldn't find what I am looking for. I have an old body style 2000 Tahoe Z71 4-Door 5.7L as pictured, (if it works).
I currently have a old Warn 9,000lb but was thinking of moving up to a 12,000lb if I were to buy a new one.

I am trying to find a hidden or Semi hidden winch mount that connects between the frame rails for this vehicle. Not interested in spending a grand for a new bumper or replacing the factory grill guard to the Warn Trans4mer. Any one here have info that can help?

If not possible to be hidden, does any one know if the Warn
Part# 29394 winch tray for the Trans4mer would fit in the factory grill guard?
Second, would the factory grill guard hold up with one of the above mentioned winches mounted to it?

I have come to realize after thoroughly looking at how the factory grill guard attaches to the front bumper, and not the frame, that putting a winch on the factory grill guard would be a bad idea.
