2004 Rear seats won't fold; cable snap

The release cable broke on my rear seats (drivers side) and I can't seem to find the part online. Has anyone had a similar issue and has anyone found the part online? Any ideas?

My passenger-side cable was snapped too. Finally found it thru local dealer ($60, ouch), but later ran across it in tonkinonlineparts.com. Ya gotta drill down thru the various subsystems to find it.
