2005 Tahoe will not go in 4lo only 4 hi

2005 Tahoe will only go in auto 4wd and 4 hi. Will not spin in 4 lo but light shows active. When in 4 hi the tires will only spin on jack stands. They will not even spin in slick mud.Please Help truck has 131000 miles.
