Just after starting and when backing out of the garage and onto my steeply graded driveway, the brakes will not fully engage when pressed. Instead of fully engaging and stopping the vehicle an intermittent braking sound (almost like the ABS is engaging) comes from the front of the vehicle and the brake pedal gets soft and unresponsive to additional pressure. No error lights on the dash light when this happens. Once driving forward the brakes work fine. This only seems to happen when the vehicle is cold. Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this??
