24's on an 07 LTZ with power running boards

Does anyone know the largest tire I can put on a 24 x 9.5" rim without having to do any modifications? I have the power running boards if that makes a difference? I appreciate any and all help!!

I'm running 305/35's on my 24's with no modification and it doesn't rub whatsoever
