3/4-ton Tahoe??

So, I don't know how many people have done this or would even want to but I have a technical question about the rear coil springs on a 2008 Tahoe: Are 3/4-ton Suburban springs a direct swap in from a size and fit perspective? I use my Tahoe to haul tools and pull a small/medium travel trailer and was wondering if the rear sag was fixable this way... anyone know if that would work?
