what kind of lift would be minimum to fit 33's on my tahoe? Looking at using a 20 inch rim and Toyo open countries... any advice is appreciated... cheers.

Which wheels? I'd imagine a 2.5" strut spacer with at least 5" of backspacing with a 20x8.5 or 20x9 would work with some minor trimming.

4" lift, at the least. I like the 4" lift with 33" tires, it's a good look. I'm torn between going with a 4"/33" or a 6"/35".

Most 4" kits (like the rancho) will clear 35s, no reason to lift the truck unless you want big tires and then you should go all out and get some 37s

nice.... that one tough looking hoe. As for rims, not quite sure yet. Just looking at what i need suspension wise to fit the tires without sacrificing too much of my ride. Any recommendation on parts to use?

you can fit that with a leveling kit, and maybe some trimming depending on your rims offset....im running 285/55/r20 with leveling kit. A 4" lift is unnecessary to fit those tires.

I am running 305/55-20's on 20x9's with a offset of 18...used a CCM 2.5" leveling kit up front and 1" coil spacer in the back...yes I did trim, but to parts located behind the fenderliner then just tied back the fenderliner with a couple cable ties...I have no rub at all now.

That truck looks so right. I wish I could do that but I won't be able to go more than 4" w/33s because my shorty wife and kids would need a rope ladder to get in. She'd never let me live it down. A perfect Tahoe that is- like to see that setup on a Z71, but this truck doesn't look like it's missing anything. WOW!

I do have a cardomain, but there are no pics of the Tahoe with the 33 on it...I previously has a McGaughy's 2/3 deluxe kit on it with 295/45-20's so all of the pics are with it lowered.
