98 Tahoe rear wiper arm parts

Want to replace the rear wiper arm on my 98 Tahoe. I find the arm online, but it doesn't seem to come with this gasket/nut that is cracked. Any ideas?

Here’s the parts diagram, looks like it is number 13 and/or 27. The GM part number for #13 is 20353664, it may still be available at a dealer or online.

If it is just a nut and washer, or even just a flanged nut, you may be able to find a match in a hardware store.
