well, i know this isn't much help but the best i can say is to get a circuit tester and make sure you are getting 12v to the bulbs AND make sure you are getting a good ground. start there then see where you are at. it might be something as simple as your fog light switch being bad...or a host of other things but start by testing for power. good luck!!

Also on the back of the switch, check the wire splices if it has them. Sometimes they captured some of the wire insulation in the crimp causing them to eventually lose cont.

for me it was the purple and grey wires on the drivers side, and the orange striped wire and grey wire on the pass side. I had to remove the grill to find the zone that had failed.

I guess I mean that those are the wires that controlled the fog lights.
I hope I can clarify, my failure was the lamp housing itself, and the corrosion ruined the bulb (obviously) and the connecter and a good 6" of the wire on the drivers side., I replaced it all and redid the wiring to the drivers side, and the resulting info is just my notes from the passenger side.sorry about that.

if you have 12v + out of the switch assembly, expect a bad ground to the lamps or like treepete said break in the wiring between switch and lamp(s). good luck.

thanks for the help guys. I unplugged the lamps and found some of the wires were corroded pretty bad. took it all apart and cleaned them up real good. Now they work again!!
