99 tahoe trans swap

I have a early 99 with 5.7, 4l60e and push button 246 case.. My question is I was given an 02 with a 5.3 will the trans and case work in my 99.. I was told that the 4l60e bell was removable but I dont have any experience with these (old school 350,400, and 700r) any help would be appreciated...:help:

NM found out it will no fit, bellhousing is deaper, torque converter different and shaft is longer..
