I have a 1995 Hoe LS 4dr/4wd I'm having some issues with. First question would be, is it feasible to take out the compressor entirely and use a shorter surpentine? If so how long of a belt would I need. I don't need AC and a little better MPG would be nice

You wont get any better MPG unless you are running the AC all the time, and then not by much.

They make an "AC DELETE" bracket that has an idler pulley where the compressor pulley should be.

The Compressor is basically just an idler pulley unless the compressor is engaged. Hence the MPG comment at the beginning.
