Any recommendations of rebuilt 246 Transfer cases?

why not just but a new one from e bay i don't think any local shops rebuilds maybe going to a dedicated 4x4 shop MAYBE! and :welcome:
I need instructions on removing the transfer case, step by step including removing the drive shafts and how to install a boot clamp on the output shaft rubber , etc. etc. diagrams, pdfs, schematics, the whole ball of wax, and please no videos of anything newer than a 1999!!!!

If you need to remove a transfer case, they have a very good PDF on their website, located here:

This will give you the guide to removal, and if your repairing the pump, thats included. I just did this to my 02 at 192K miles.
Be sure to buy the CORRECT seals and bearing for your transfer case. I'm having the issue of a leaking seal, and now determining if the correct item was purchased.... good luck
