Changing tire size on 2003 Tahoe 4wdLT

I want to change out my stock wheels and tires 265 70 R16 with 2010 Tahoe Z71 stock 18" rims with 265 65 R18. I don't want to alter the Tahoe at all. Will these rub or have a negative effect on the brakes or engine? According to the calculator the new tires will be .90 inches larger than stock. Please help .

i went from my stock 17" to 18" no problem that i noticed on my 04
