i have a 2007 tahoe. i have been having issues with the climate control not powering up in cold weather. It seems when it is 28-32 degrees it takes about four miles of driving for the electronics to get warm enough to power up so i have any control at all. This morning at was 13 degrees outside and it took 14 miles of driving before the heat controls poweered up and allowed me to turn the heat on. It only seems to be having issues in below freezing weather. any insight would be appreciated thanks
