Take the dash bezel off, - this is easy, it pulls right off - Start by putting the truck in 1st gear, (put e-brake on) and pulling the steering wheel all the way down - than pull bezel off - now, if you have switches for your rear hatch, and rear-weindshild wiper, you are gonna have to unplug these after the bezel is popped off, and just leaning down - also same thing for the 4wd switch if u have it - and also the headlight switch - now you don't have to unplug this one, you can pop the whole switch off of your dash, it is held on with 4 clips.. - and then take the bezel off - now, to get the guage cluster out, it is 4 small bolts, i think they are a 6mm or a 7mm you need a screw-driver w/ a 6mm or 7mm socket thing on there (or a ratchet w/ a good sized extension on it) - take the 4 screws out, and then pull the guage cluster out - notice it isn't attached to any cables or anything just comes right out - now on the back of the guage cluster you will see several plastic connector looking things, they actually have bulbs in them
