Oh yeah. I did just that and now I'm looking for replacement seat, seat cover, upholstery, new or used, or a source to obtain.
I have a 2007 Tahoe with light gray fabric seats. Bolsters are plain gray fabric but the center panels are tiny checkerboard pattern at a diagonal.

Local upholsery shop cannot obtain this pattern (or doesn't want to mess with it.)

I can include a photo if someone thinks they may have a match.

Anyone have any sources to obtain this unusual pattern?

Buy a replacement seat cover on eBay if local salvage yards don't have it. Sometimes you can find used oem seat covers on eBay.
