Ebay replica 20" ltz rims

Has anyone ever bought the replica 20" 2007 LTZ rims on ebay, and if so, Does it change the way your truck feels when driving?, will they hurt your suspension?

I think thats the factory size of the ltZ tire....
Would that b a good choice?

That is the correct size and the Goodyears are fine. They are about a 40,000 mile tire
