Extending out steering wheel?

Hi there. New to the forum. I just bought a 2013 Tahoe. Love it. I'm 6'8" and had the seat moved back 4 inches. Incredible difference. Although driving now is almost perfect, it would be even better if the steering wheel was in inch or two closer to me, although I can live with it as is. I run cars into the ground and plan to drive this one for a long time!

Is there any way to extend the steering column? Spacers, etc.

Any thoughts would be great.
