external mic for bluetooth enabled headunit

I just purchased an Alpine head unit with Bluetooth and an external Mic
I need to know what would be the be the best way to run the Mic from the headunit to the visor.

you could pop off the front window pillar and run it up through there. Just like if you were going to add a gauge pod.
