Just recently got a 99 tahoe, 350 vortec, was told an injector poppet was a misfiring issue since it has a brand new crate engine in it. Whole ignition system was redone at time of swap, all cylinder compression are perfect. Replaced the injector line, still has a misfire. Do i need a whole new fuel spider? Would that be the easiest thing since everything else is crossed off the list?

Easiest and cheapest thing to start with is to double check all your electrical connections, add dialectric grease, then move on to the next thing. Make sure all your plug wires are tight, the plugs are gapped correctly, etc
