I recently replace all ac components front to back, poured oil in the compressor and accumulator then pulled vacuum afterwards I tried to charge it with freon and it wouldn't take, soooooo I checked cycling switch by unplugging and jumping the plug which the clutch didn't engage someone told me it could be the control panel so I ordered a new one still nothing I pressed the valve on the low side and nothing comes out I push the valve on the high side and the pag oil shoots out but still the ac compressor is not getting any power.....what am I missing here

Give it time. There is a lot to think about and some people work during the day and get on here at night. Have some patience.

No problem. I never thought there was anything rude.

First, why did you pour oil in the compressor? The compressor should already come with the correct amount of oil in it if it is a reman compressor or new compressor. You now may have too much oil in the system. If you have front and rear a/c then only a certain amount of oil is needed. You can apply direct 12 volt power to the clutch to activate and see if compressor will take refrigerant. If you pulled the vacuum for about 45-60 minutes and verified no leaks and you show around 25-27 inches of vacuum and it holds that vacuum then when you open up a can attached to system it will pull at least close to a pound of refrigerant in to the system without turning anything on. You are leaving out some details. Like oil amount, hold vacuum?...etc. Did you flush the system when open? Or did you literally replace all components from front to back?

Ok sorry I'll explain I replaced compressor front and rear evaporator, expansion valve, oirfice tube and accumulator flushed the system due to the metal tht was on my oirfice, I opened the compressor and poured all oil out to be sure what was in there which was 2ozs. So was told to pour 5ozs. In the compressor and 6 in the accumulator since the factory calls for 11ozs. Of oil then pulled vaccum and it held at 28 inches, ok so I proceeds to fill with freon but it will not take......

As soon as you started opening the refrigerant it should have sucked some in without even being turned on because of vacuum and pressure in can. If you cannot unplug the clutch cycling switch at accumulator and cross it and get compressor on then then there is a power feed problem to the clutch. Double check for proper wiring or damaged wiring. Check all grounds. You can supply the power to clutch with a jumper wire from battery to clutch and charge the system more but the clutch will not cycle as should. Recheck your work. Check for problems from the a/c switch at the dash.

Switch on accumulator should be cycling switch.

Check that your guage hookup connectors for your manfold arent crap, mine took a dump and would not engage the valve in the line.....
