G'Day!
Can answer if the green o-rings are supposed to replace the aluminum washers with the black rubber core? I ask for a couple reasons. First, everywhere I look, the green o-rings are plentiful while the others have to be special ordered. Secondly, I am having a hell of a time getting my system to seal after flushing system and replacing compressor on my '07 Tahoe LTZ. Doing things by the book, watching dirt from contaminating the hoses and lubing the new ones with oil. Pretty simple process but they are leaking pretty bad no matter what I try, at the new compressor and the new accumulator. The old expansion valve in the back did not want to separate at all either and it took me about 8 hours of careful and meticulous work not to damage anything in the process of removing it.
