Hypertech Programmer settings 30024

Hello, I just got a Hypertech Power Programmer for my 2 door 99 Tahoe 4x4 and I was wondering if someone could tell me or recommend the best settings for my Tahoe are?
I have replaced my 16"stock rims and tires which were 275-60-16 with 20x9 rims with 285/50/20s.
My new tire height is 30 inches
My old stock height is roughly 31 inches

Should I change the Tire settings or leave them stock? Will this give me better HP and MPG if I change to new settings?

I have a 3.73 rear end,is this a option on the 99 2 door or is it stock?
Should I change the settings to my rear end or leave it at stock?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

i would change it if i were you. you want to keep your speedo correct and with smaller tires you will rack up mileage quicker. i have a hypertech also and all that should be an option to change in the programmer.
