I just got back from south Texas, and I have a few good things to say about this Tahoe. I went down there for a camp out, and it was so cold and wet I slept in the Tahoe. It got down to 34, and I slept in my Hoe to keep out of the rain. I froze my junk completely off, but I was comfy and dry.

Also-

1. 17.5 mpg 4x4 (AWD) That's the best I've seen yet. Regular $2.85 Unleaded Gas

2. the 4WD ran on sloppy mud & leaves like it was dry pavement (My first time to use it) It was so loamy out there you'd make a 3" deep footprint walking the grounds, and it would fill with water before you could turn around. Not even the slightest indication of slipping or loss of traction driving in or out.

3. heated seats, and XM on a 4.5 hour drive

Now I know you can get all of this, and more on other vehicles.... but they are not a Tahoe.

I friggin love this truck.

Oh yeah, and the Silverstars are nice and bright on the unlit pitch black highway roads lined with 70ft pine trees, and NO street lamps. That was a nice upgrade from the OEM, and well worth the $$$

I feel the same way too as I love my Tahoe and that's all I ever want to drive!, Call me weird but it to me is the most beautiful truck on 4 wheels.

( im gunna get flamed for this) the most beautyful truck on wheels is the hummer h2 sut, but my most favorite truck is my yukon, and the new tahoe.

Why would you get flamed? You have aright to you're opinion.

i just figured, LOL. anyway i just love the stance of the hummer h2, looks manly and i like manly things, but a z71 suburban has that mean stance that i love too. looks sharp, i think i want one now. i hate choices. but i just like big trucks as they inflate my ego, and a hummer does that quite well. i mean that new 391 hp 6.2 liter v8 and in a HUMMER, that looks like it could crush even a ford f350. or a semi. and takle any offroad tarriain, but actully i have run in to the same stuff in my kon.

funny you mention the silverstars, i did not notice a difference until somebody in a yukon with stock bulbs parked next to me one night and i saw how much yellower the stock bulbs looked, im really happy with them in my high beams, shine much farther down the road. :eek2:
