Looking for the right Grill

Where did everyone buy their grill from? Ebay? also how hard is it to install the billet grill? Do you cut out the old grill? Post pictures if you got them.

You get grill inserts that you mount on the existing grill. You also get replacement grills. You remove the whole thing and put in a new. Putco has got some nice ones.
