Today was a busy day, I am surprised at how easy these tahoes are to work on compared to my old trailblazer crap box. I replaced thermostat, rotors, pads, and new slide pins, did the seafoam job in the intake and in fuel tank. Didn't get to fixing the fuel gauge, or fuel filter. Got dark on me and my adjustable wrenches were 20 miles away. So I'll save that for when I put the new fuel pump in. Everything went great...
When I did the seafoam through the brake booster line I did get some smoke but not much, I do "feel" that it cleaned it out as I don't have any hesitation anymore and it seems to idle more smooth. I also filled tank up with real mid grade fuel not the fake corn gas... I'll be posting some questions in a new thread but all in all very happy with the results for today!!
