Looking at an 08 Tahoe.

Like the inside of the Z71 the best, but the dealer has a demo LTZ with 6k miles on it. Sticker was 55'ish. quoting me 43,999

What kind of price reduction should I be looking for? 12k?

If I looked for an 08 Z71, what kind of price off MSRP should I start with? They have found 1: sticker 50,270 offer: 41,277

As far as I know they are still offering GMS + $5k rebate which is what I got in Sept.

I got an '08 suburban (new) with a sticker of $53k. With GMS it brought it down to $44k. The rebate brought it down to $39k. So that's $14k off a new one.


My guess is that GMS deal doesnt apply to demo's so I would stay away from buying the demo unit. On that one, you'll just be taking whatever the dealer is willing to come down on (which doesnt seem like much)
