No Alarm Sounds

(2014) Tahoe LS 4x4: Hello... the alarm doesn't Horn once when I press the Lock button twice on the keyless entry remote... did anybody encounter this before?

Have you tried going through the personalization settings and enabling it

Thanks for replying...yes i enabled this, I did find that one of the doors to my Tahoe were slightly opened and that's most likely the reason I couldnt engage the anti-theft alarm system via keyless remote.
