Power folding seat not working

My passenger side 2nd row power folding seat is not folding up all the way. It folds onto itself, but will not do the second lifting portion. Is there a simple way to fix this issue without taking it into the dealership?
I assume this is covered under warranty, but I just don't want to take the time to do it.

If I were you, I wouldn't screw with it if it's still under warranty. Let them take care of it because the time you wasted to go get it fixed will be better for you in the long run.

a warranty is what you paid for, you should get a loaner too.

but a quick check would be to see if any of the moving components are blocked (the "passageways" if you will) by spare change, etc..
my driver seat stopped working all of a sudden, upon closer examination it was a nickel that caused it. it never "jammed," just stopped working -- apparently it doesn't take much, although i suppose that's a good thing.
