I have a two door 99 Tahoe. Rolled the passenger window down - won't go back up. I notice that when I hit the switch to roll it back up, the lights dim a little and the clock on the (turned off) radio momentarily goes away. Doesn't do this when I operate the drivers side window.
Any ideas as to where to start?

Just checked the passenger side window switch works fine. Drivers side switch for the passenger window will roll it down but not up.
