proexaust on ebay

Has anyone else found difficulty contacting proexaust on ebay. It doesn't appear he answers his email which makes me reluctant buying halo projector headlights from him.

bought mine from him, they arrived really quickly and were packed well.

He never replies to e-mails unless they're related to damaged goods or returns. I've bought several items without issues and they ship quickly..
