i had my rear rebuilt 2 yrs ago but 3 months ago the driver side seal

was leaking and i replace it .

now it's leaking again the part is called a repair bearing thats what they use
when they rebuilt it. so what could be causing this failure?

make sure your axle isnt cracked i had the same problem and come to find out my axle was cracked right where the seal was placed. and on top of that the people that had the truck before me tried to fix it with some jb weld LOL. Make sure you check good....

:clapping:well good news IT WAS NOT THE SEAL!!!
the brake wheel cylinder was leaking. so i put 2 new ones on.

thanks 4 the input.

my brake cylinder went out in the drivers side when it sat for a couple years. it leaked like a siv when i put fluid into.. but mines better too and glad to hear yours is.. it was like 20 bucsk i think..
