replacement fuel pump wiring cross match

Hey guys new member here. I've been lurking for a while.
I hope I'm posting this in the right place.

I have a 1998 tahoe and am replacing the fuel pump. The new pump has a different connector then the existing one. I don't know if anyone has posted this link before, but here is what I found, after an extensive search.

The old pump has a "Metri-Pack 150" connector and the replacement pump from Spectra has a "GT-280" connector. The link listed below gives cross matches for several different wiring configurations to the "GT-280". The Metri-Pack 150 is a square 4 pin and the GT-280 is a flat 4 pin connector.

Hey winters58, did you ever find out about the connector? cause I'm having the same problem with my 95' Tahoe and checked out the link you posted but noticed it had orange as 1 of the wires but i don't have an orange wire, mine are grey,black,black/white and purple and the gauge wires are different does that matter? any info would be helpful... thanks
