Don't know if you guys ran into this before but my 2011 Tahoe has a dash temperature display beside by the mileage display but it won't show the proper outside temperature.

I was wondering if anybody knows how to reset it or what could be faulty.

When you say that it won't display the correct temp, how far off is it? They are not always 100% accurate.

The temperature was showing -1 celsius (30F) when it was about 7 celsius (45F)

I know it's not the biggest difference but it can make a difference when I use the remote start due to the automatic temperature control... (blow hot air when temp. is cold and AC when warm)

That is a good bit different, it may be that the sensor itself is bad OR that it may need to be reprogrammed.
