Tips on buying a 2002 Tahoe LS

Can anyone please give me tips on what to look for? I am interested in a 2002 Tahoe LS 4x2 with 136000 miles from a Chevy dealer. One owner and carfax is clean and was bought and serviced by previous owner from the same dealership. They want $8500 for it. Thanks in advance for your replies.

an 02 with that many miles and only 2wd . that's way to much buddy..
