Tire size for Tahoe

My 06 Tahoe Z71 has 265/70R17 oem tires. I was wondering if the 305/50R20 tire will fit? or what tire will fit without modification that has a rim size of 20"?

The 20" tire is less than a half an inch taller than the tire you currently are running. Assuming the rim is the proper offset, you won't have any problems.
