Hello all,

This is not your common fix, my a/c case has a piece busted out of it. Hopefully I did the attachment right and you can see it. Other than replacing the case any ideas on how to fix this? It is putting so much water on passenger floor that I have a small pond moving around when I stop or turn. 2005 Tahoe Z71.

Thanks

Ok
Im no expert, but if it were my problem i would probably leave the ace off long enough for the area around the hole to dry and then try to silicon a waterproof patch over it and make sure its sealed well.

Thanks for input. Doing something very similar, cut a piece of inner tube to put over hole with some epoxy. So far no leaks.
