What is the difference ?

Hi There

I have a Tahoe 2012 with z71 package. I was looking for a driver side mirror motor actuator on ebay and come across two products with parts number 25808703 and 25808705, not knowing which one to buy! does any one know the difference ??? or advice which one of the two below suits my car?

I suggest you call a Chevy dealer to get the p/n for your VIN, and a price, and chase it from that direction. I can't tell the difference either. Good luck!

Thanks Greg, looks like they have different connectors, one supports memory option and the other doesn't...the one with memory option has 8 pins and the regular one has 4..

mine has 8 pins, but no memory option! You are right its always good to check with the agency and purchase the recommended part as per VIN.

My problem is now resolved.

Glad to see got your answers. I just ordered the electro-mag strut from my STS. The GM parts websites all selected the wrong strut, even when I entered my VIN. I called my local dealer's parts dept and he gave me the correct part number, which I ordered from Rockauto for a 40% savings. Good luck with your project!!:happy160:
