Window help appreciated!!!!!

I have a 2000 chevy Tahoe. The passenger window will not roll all the way up or down (but does work). I replaced the motor 3 months ago. The cable appears to be frayed / tangled quite a bit. How do I fix this?

Change the window regulator assembly
