Xtra monitors to OEM Rear Entertainment System

I wanted to install two monitors on the driver and passenger headrests, which would feed off of the OEM Factory overhead DVD Rear Entertainment System. Has anyone tried this?

I did it in my old 03.. it should work on the 08..
