Without trying to sound too negative, a 6000lb tow rating is inadequate for a vehicle of this size in my opinion. That's the primary issue with hybrid technology where large trucks and SUV's are concerned.

12.5?!?! That's the hardest obstacle for me to overcome. I know it's a huge vehicle, but they should be getting better MPG than that.

The mileage appears to be lower than expected.

Hang in there a few months If you're willing to wait until Spring/Summer, the Tahoe prices will drop between $3K-5K dollars OFF INVOICE. GM and Ford will be feeling the heat by then and slashing prices on all of the large SUV's. Look for 0% interest AND cash back this summer.

Sorry for the rapid fire questions, but I'm getting down to the nitty gritty here. I'd really like to park the Tahoe in my garage, but it's going to be TIGHT! I've got 80" of height clearance, and 94" across. I'll probably have to opt for the power folding mirrors just to be sure.
