A good alternative for the radar detector is the InvisiCord. The leads push into the mirror power connector and keep a nice clean install.

Even as good as the recent GM vehicles have been, I'm waiting to see how well the Hybrids hold up. If this works as well it will be the saviour of the Big GM SUV. Imagine a Tahoe that can get 20 or 30 mpg. Wow.
There is typically a certain amount of water that condenses on the AC unit. It always drips as you drive along but when you stop after a decent drive with the AC running, the unit warms and the condensate drips to the ground.

There is a sequence of unlocking and remote start and relocking that can cause your remote to not unlock the doors. I remember m dealer explaining this but he didn't get int the details and frankly I didn't pay a ton of attention because I was playing with the radio.

GMS Certs come from someone who actually works for GM or a major supplier. Not a dealership employee, but a GM manufacturing person. Search around on the internet and you'll find a few folks who are able to supply you with a cert. It may take some googling but it will be worth it.
