need part number for windshield washer hose

2003 Chev Tahoe - washer supply hose that runs inside the wiper arm has split. The parts sites that I have visited were real vague about that item. It's the passenger side but I would most likely want to replace both sides since I've got over 430K miles on this gal. Got to keep her in good...

Right turn signal causes high beams to come on

2003 Tahoe LS - When you flip the right turn signal the high beam headlights will come on. It's not a solid fail - it happens about 1 time out 4. When you cancel the right signal the high beams go off. Any ideas on where the fault is ? I have read some about the MFC being a possible culprit...

    pedal squeak

My 2003 Tahoe had a brake pedal squeak when you LET OFF of the pedal. Dealer said it was the boost - he did not have a stock unit so he installed a new unit from Advance. Squeak stopped but that unit transmitted a ton of feedback ( shaking ) thru the pedal. Their "wizard" of a mechanic said...

    remote fob issue 2003 Tahoe

I had 2 fobs for my 2003 Tahoe. One of the remotes stopped working, so I replaced the battery and set out to reprogram both. One did, this one did not. So, I ordered a new one from remotez4less. it programmed just fine but the remaining working fob did not. The seller recommended what he calls a...

Anyone had a stock radio/cd player overheat?

To follow up....after tightening both of the battery terminal connections the overheating problem went away. It gets warm but not blistering hot - even after playing an audio book for the 5 hour trip from Atlanta to SC. Thanks again to all whole submitted helpful tips.

Anyone had a stock radio/cd player overheat?

Thanks guy - That is good advice for sure. However, I may have solved the issue (maybe). While at a local quick oil change place they told me that my battery checked out as just "OK" instead of "excellent" and advised me to put it on a trickle charger overnight. In the process of doing that I...

I have a 2003 Tahoe LS, 272K miles. Have only replaced the power window motors (front). Other than the usual stuff you replace at tune up time I have replaced a battery or two, headlamp or turn signal lamp. And...today I replaced the original shocks. Dang it sure rides better when you swap out...

Anyone had a stock radio/cd player overheat?

David, I have been super busy - but finally this morning I pulled the radio unit out - there was no fan or really even a space for one. I had a buddy to eyeball the layout to confirm that I didn't miss it. No joy. I was truly hoping to find a bad fan and replace the aggravating POS. Do you...

Anyone had a stock radio/cd player overheat?

I have a 2003 Yahoe with the stock radio/cd/cassette player. On long trips, say over an hour the unit gets hotter than a firecracker,,,I mean uncomfortable to touch. I had two thoughts, 1. electrical issue (bad unit) or 2. an open duct from the heater core. The radio has had two malfunctions...
