Google "signal mirrors". If I recall correctly they'll run you about $300 for the pair, but they are OEM looking mirrors, with the L.E.D. signal arrows in the glass. They look completely stock. In my opinion its the only way to go, those M3 style signal mirrors are just too small for the truck...

The cargo area is smaller becuase the spare tire is there. In two doors the gas tank takes up the space where the spare tire would normally mount under the truck, so it needs to be inside in the cargo area.
