I have known cars, doesn't matter which brand seem to have issues with other brands of spark plugs in their ignition systems. I dont know why, but brother in law had problem with bosch in his 77 Datsun. Told him to change to NGK, fixed it. Friend of mine had a problem with his jeep after a tune...
solid axle would look nice up front. but I just changed everything short of bushings up there. Father in law had a set of D44s a while back.. figured my rig was in better shape they were off a 68 or something wagoneer.
The upper ball joints were done in about an hour and a half. The Idler arm was a huge pain spent a few hours on that. I remember the pitman I did last year being much easier. moog everything, now hopefully I wont have to worry anymore on this damn near 20 year old rig.
So last year I had to buy all 4 ball joints to pass safety. As a precaution I got pit man arm and idler arm and bracket. They were out of stock of the in house brand so I opted for the Moog upgrade on the lower... I wish I spend the extra 20-30 bucks to upgrade all 4 because they are bad...
Hey J, I have a 95 that had 33x12.5x18r on it when I bought it. The front rubbed a little around corners but after I messed with the torsion bars it was just fine. I eventually put 3 inch lift blocks on the rear end to level it out. I don't know about 2000, but my mom has a 99 and its the same...

Hey I am wondering if anyone has experience taking off their rear sway bar. I have a 95 33x12.5xr18. I put lift blocks on the rear end and tweaked my torsion bars up front. In the rear end now, my truck wobbles around bounces more than ever when I go over speed bumps and dips. I think its the...
Haha, yeah. I got the Walking J brand. I was wondering where that sticker came from. I ordered mine from L&M trucks catalog.
They also make an epoxy sort of repair kit that comes with 10 different common colors. I used one on my k5 blazer once similar to this...
I would guess bad head gasket, I have done this about 3 or 4 times in my life. Once on one of my first cars and a few times for friends. Relatively easy fix if you have all weekend to do it, but the engine is never the same after a repair like that. The mileage seems way too low for a problem...
I had these two problems happen separately in a 86' k5 Blazer I owned when I was younger. The dying instantly happened after I drove through a giant puddle, and got water in my distributor. It caused my spark to jump all over the place and die if I shifted. That could have happened when your...
