From my research, TM works by retarding the timing during "abusive" actions such as WOT from a stop, WOT during shifts, etc. Timing is retarded to decrease torque output, more likely GM's way to help longevity of the drivetrain.

Just attach a wire to 30 and ground it. And to answer your other post, the fogs won't blink with the turn signals. Parking lights and signals are two different circuits.

Have you tried relearning the passlock system? Put the key in the run position and leave on for at least 10 mins then try to crank it. BTW, our trucks use the PLII system.
