Hey everyone! I am new to this forum and hoping to find the info I need. I have an 04 Tahoe z71 with the factory Bose system and steering wheel controls. I am looking to either add a amp/sub combo with the factory radio (for now, if possible), or install new compatible head unit, speakers, amp, sub, the whole 9 yards. I have read that I have to have a $70-120 interface to retain all warning chimes and other features. I just want someone to drop some advice or a list of everything I need (preferably with a link). I have previously installed car audio in all of my vehicles (92 f150, 98 f150, 03 Mazda protege) with no issues but this seems to be a larger and far more complicated task. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
