1999 Tahoe LS 4door windows

I'm new to the forum . I have 1999 with 174,000 ya just broke in lol. Done a fair bit of fixing lol. Next project I have both drivers side and passages side windows that will not go down . Is there a relay some where . As there is no clicking or grinding. First I'm checking fuse. But just wonder if anyone else uncountered this one. Also is there good way to replace speaker grills on doors mine are rusted and I notice junk yards want to sell me the whole panel lol. I'm thinking of replacing speakers some day soon also.
