I checked the fuses and relays all seem to be ok. Engine cranks but will not start. I tried start fluid but that did not help. Any ideas???

I had a local shop change the fuel pump. He thought it was a hose coming loose or breaking. I checked the pump and could not find anything wrong. It was just a remove and replace job. I don't think the mechanic knows what is really wrong. I'll see what happens when the tank gets low again. If it is really fixed or not.
