2003 tahoe lifted but want it lowered

hi i am a new tahoe owner and need help and ideas. i just bought a 2003 tahoe Z71 i needed something to pull my boat and something with style always loved this body style tahoe and finally found a nice one, but it has a 6in lift to it. ( it may be higher than 6in but at least 6) and 33 tires looks good but i wanna fill up some gap between tires and fender also wanna render this horrible gas milage of 10mpg so i wanna lower it 3in. anyone wanna trade 3in for 6in or any suggestions



p.s. and i know! dont ask why i bought this truck if i didnt wanted lifted if very hard to find a nice tahoe with low miles once i found that i bought it

What kind of lift kit (if any) is on it? How is it lifted?
